Q: What are The Canyons SPA and Frostwood?
A: The Canyons Specially Planned Area, known as the Canyons SPA, is a 7800 acre area in Park City, Utah containing the ski terrain and all planned development for The Canyons® Resort and adjacent residential communities. Frostwood is an area within the Canyons SPA containing residential developments, such as Fairway Springs, and portions of the proposed golf course.

Q: What is the RVMA?
A: The Resort Village Management Association, or RVMA, is a nonprofit corporation, formed for the purpose of operating, managing and developing The Canyons SPA.

Q: Where is Fairway Springs?
A: Fairway Springs is just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Take I-80 east to Kimball Junction and follow Highway 224 two miles to The Canyons Resort Drive. Private planes can use the Heber City Municipal Airport – Russ McDonald Field, only 30 minutes away.

Q: What is nearby Fairway Springs?
A: - Within Frostwood: the Frostwood Gondola, The Golden Door Spa and the Spruce restaurant.

Q: What is the Frostwood Gondola?
A: The Frostwood Gondola will carry skiers, golfers and guests from Frostwood to the resort core. From there they can ride the Flight of The Canyons® gondola. The Frostwood Gondola will be a short walk from Fairway Springs.

Q: What is the proposed golf course?
A: Construction of the 18-hole golf course described in The Canyons Master Plan is anticipated to begin on May 1, 2010. Several fairways are partly or completely within Frostwood, including a fairway above and fairway below Fairway Springs.

Q: When will my unit be finished?
A: Construction of the first townhome was completed in August 2009. Future units will be completed in 2010.

Q: Is there an owners’ association and will there be dues?
A: Yes. Each owner will be a voting member in the condominium association. The association dues will cover all the amenities, the costs of common area maintenance, repairs, insurance and other shared expenses. The association has hired a professional property management company.
